Hatylas Azevedo is the Head of Research and Drug Discovery at Aché Laboratories, where he leads a portfolio of novel small molecule programs in drug discovery and early development. With a PhD and master’s degrees from the University of São Paulo and a background in biomedical sciences from the Federal University of São Paulo, Hatylas combines academic expertise with hands-on industry experience. His work focuses on advancing innovative therapies across multiple therapeutic areas, integrating translational research with strategic portfolio management.
